Wilberta Angell

Funeral Service

January 12, 2019

This was the early setting at Greenwood Mortuary's Sally Lynn Chapel where the Service was held. Son Tom brought another picture that was added later!!
This is a closer look, on the left is a picture that Berta's husband Ted had painted for their 40th Anniversary, in the center is roses that Niece Marlene had chosen for the Service because Berta liked roses. On the right is an enlargement of a younger Berta Angell.
Above are various pictures of Berta, covering her life span. In the center Tom's picture has been added and a close-up is on the right, It also is a painting by Berta's husband Ted!!
And the Service began with violinist Nicole O'Neil, a young lady that knew Berta from her church and visited Berta in the nursing home and played the violin for her there. In the center niece Marlene Robershaw shares Berta's biography. At the right is great-nephew Tom Robershaw sharing some interesting facts about Berta that she had shared with Tom for many years.

Berta's former Sunday School teacher at Lighthouse Baptist Church, Pastor Jim Holder, voluntered to minister at the service with words of wisdom from the Bible. The Chapel organist Jenny Rodriguez, played the prelude, postlude and led those in attendance singing Amazing Grace, to end the Service!!
