Giovanni the Graduate

And Summer, 2013
Giovanni's big Day, graduating from Pre-School !!! Even Gowns, Caps and tassels !! Wow ! Waiting with his friends for the Diploma Ceremony. On the right Giovanni is in the back row to the left. They had some songs to sing before the ceremony.
Here he is with his teacher, she had Giovanni hold her flowers for the picture, all the kids really loved her. And here is a great candid camera shot, after the party !! Brother NIeto, Dad John and graduate Giovanni walking home. Another chapter in his life is over, now onto bigger things !!
John got Giovanni his 1st- 2 wheel bicycle, sort of for graduation and plus Giovanni had been wanting one so he could ride like brother. Giovanni learned to ride in only 3 days !! John and Nieto were his trainers. You can see he is so thrilled !! He rides fast and all over their park and sidewalks.
Vacation almost over, so they spent some time at Imperial Beach before the whole family returns to school (John and Elaine are teachers.) On the left they are at the fish restaurant at the end of the Pier. They have been going there since Nieto was a baby.
