Daughter Valerie flew down the day of the Party from Oregon? She left at 5:00 A.M. & stopped at the bakery in Scripps Ranch area of San Diego and got this beautiful Pie and Cake for the Party!!

The Birthday girl wanted to cut the cake & serve everyone. Still being a mother to all. Son John soon relieved Mom & speeded things up?
It is that time of the afternoon where the Birthday girl Marlene gets to open her presents. Daughter Natalie requested to be 1st because she needed to go home & prepare to drive to Los Angles.
Here is a great picture of Mom Valerie & daughter Anna, Anna still lives and works in San Diego. Mom recently sold their home & moved with husband Ken and daughters Abbie & Katie to Oregon!!
In the picture above daughter Valerie had mailed a knife to Mom from Oregon, because she would been allowed on the airplane to bring it with her. On the right she is holding a book from son Tom and his wife Kim. They also gave her to nice hand cleaning soap for our bathrooms!!
Here Mom is holding a beautiful card from daughter Valerie!! Below is another good picture of granddaughter Anna. She wanted to spend the night so she could spend more time with Mom Valerie who was able to stay a couple more days with Mom. Valerie also made a large batch of Biscotti, that both Mom & Dad love while she was here!!
We try every year to get a group picture of all the Family together before everyone goes home when we are together. Daughter Natalie had to leave early. On the left going up is son Tom, daughter Valerie, her daughter Anna, Nieto and Giovanni on top sons of John coming back down on the right side. Then Justin son of Tom, Elaine wife of John & Mom Marlene!! On the right I have taken the place of Tom, just for my sister in Texas, she said she had forgot what I looked like!! In the center just a reminder, don't forget to come back for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!
