Vacation Visit

A part of Michael's Family vacation in 2018 was a visit to cousin Marlene Marchese Robershaw's home in Ramona, CA Pictured above are Michael, Marlene, daughter Katherine, and son Christian!! Daughter Katherine had such a keen interest in cousin Marlene's Genealogy Records of the Marchese Family, that was the 1st order of their visit. Then after a wonderful Italian luncheon of Lasagna and Salad, host Marlene suggested that we all go visit Aunt Josephine!!
On the left, Host Marlene was so impressed with Katherine's interest in her Genealogy she wanted her picture taken with her. Picture above by wife Cherylann!!

Michael on the left is sharing that he is a member of the Marchese Family to Aunt Josephine. Across are the Family members also asking Aunt Josephine questions. Marlene was hoping Josephine could recall memories of Michael's Great Grandfather Salvadore and Micheal's father Joe. Josephine shared many of her memories of growing up in San Jose, and Salvadore's big house across the street from her Family in San Jose, but didn't connect with Michael's Dad.
In what has become a Family Tradition, when niece Marlene visit's, Aunt Josephine expects Apple Pie!! After sharing above we were all invited outside too Josephine's patio, to have some apple pie. Michael and his Family, like all guest are surprised to find everthing so clean and organized. On the left Michael and his Family join Aunt Josephine for a parting picture. Cousin Marlene joins on the right. After a wonderful time of Fellowship, it was mentioned that in three days, Josphine was celebrating her 103rd Birthday!! So in parting we all sang Happy Birthday to Aunt Josephine!!
