A fun time for any Family get together, time to eat!!

The say a picture is worth a thousand words? I can attest to this being a precious moment in mine and Marlene's life!! Thank You to all the Family and Friends that made the dream come true!!!!!!!

And here is son Tom who took the pictures for the occasion!! I'm not sure how much he contributed behind the scene's to make everything fall in place? But I know what I saw him doing to get everything in place for the Celebration, then I saw how much he went the extra mile after the Celebration to clean up. THANK YOU TOM, needless to say, I AM GLAD TO CALL YOU SON!!
These two pictures were taken in the Church Marlene and I were married in on July 05, 1969. When the Family started talking about our 50th wedding celebration, my 1st suggestion was to have it at 1st Southern Baptist Church in San Diego. One of the children called to see about the available date? No the Church Property had been sold and was scheduled for demolition on May 1st. Daughter Natalie had a friend come and take these pictures at the end of April. Thank You, Natalie!!!!!!!!!!!!
